St. Joseph’s School
Tuition and Fees 2010-2011 School Year
- Application Fee – For all new families: $100 per family
- Registration Fees – Initial Registration of New Families
- Registration Fee $100/family – payable upon formal acceptance of application for admission.
- Registration Fee $100/family – payable upon formal acceptance of application for admission.
- Re-Registration of Present School Families
- Before or during Catholic Schools Week (Feb. 1st–5th, 2010) - Fee $100/family
- After February 12th, 2010 – Registration Fee $150/family
- No student will be re-registered for the next academic year unless current tuition/required contributions are up to date.
NOTE:
- The registration/application fees are non-refundable, not included in the tuition rates described below, and must be paid before admission into the school program.
- If a student withdraws between September 1 and December 31, 2010, a tuition refund will be pro-rated, less a $200 book/technology charge. After January 1st, 2011, there will be no refund.

Tuition Payment Options
St. Joseph’s School tuition-fee collection is managed in either of two ways. One may opt to pay in FULL directly to the school no later than Friday, July 30th, 2010 or through 10 automatic withdrawal payments on a monthly basis (July–April) through the FACTS Tuition Management plan. Please note no other FACTS option is available at St. Joseph’s School.
FULL Tuition-Fee Payment
- Must be made no later than Friday, July 30th, 2010.
FACTS Monthly Payments
- There is a one-time $38 FACTS Enrollment Fee that will be automatically deducted from your account within 14 days of FACTS processing your enrollment/re-enrollment. This is no longer billed as part of your tuition.
- 10 equal payments made from July through April
- FACTS utilizes automatic bank payments paid on your behalf from a checking, statement savings account or special account specifically set up by you for tuition payments.
- Payments are automatically deducted monthly from the account you choose.
- For initial enrollment, a signed FACTS form is required, directing your bank to transfer your payment either on the fifth (5th) or twentieth (20th) of each month. A voided check must be attached to the form to verify identity and bank account information
- Neither the school nor FACTS will have access to, or any knowledge about the status of your bank account.
- Electronic transfers are made very early in the day, so please be sure sufficient funds are available by closing time the day prior to payment.
- If a family should experience an unexpected financial crisis, they need to make that known to the school 5 working days before the payment is due. The FACTS Plan is very flexible and can be adjusted if necessary.
- Families who miss a tuition payment due to insufficient funds will automatically be charged a $25 missed payment by FACTS and will incur a similar penalty from their bank.
