St. Joseph's Early Childhood Center (ECC) offers a quality education for your Pre-School child. According to a study by the Carnegie Foundation, 90% of a child's learning capacity is achieved by age five; therefore, this is a wonderful time to introduce your child to school.

St. Joseph's Preschool for 4-year olds is conveniently located on the same grounds as St. Joseph's School and St. Joseph's Church.

St. Joseph's Preschool provides a program of learning that emphasizes the total physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual development of each child. Our highly experienced and certified teacher has years of experience and a multitude of talents that greatly enhance the children's development.

Our classroom learning centers provide the children the freedom to choose their own activities enabling them to work at their own pace in all areas of the curriculum. The Centers make learning attractive and meaningful, while teaching practical skills and basic concepts. Centers include: Housekeeping/Dramatic Play, Science and Discovery, Building, Computers, Reading/ Language and Music/Rhythm.

The many teacher-guided activities provide the children with individualized attention and small group interaction. Activities include: Arts and Crafts, Religion, Writing, Math, Science and Language Arts.

At St. Joseph's we will work to our fullest potential to help your children acquire the skills, values, and habits that will benefit them throughout their academic career.
