Dear Prospective Family,
Thank you for your interest in St. Joseph's Catholic Elementary School. Since its inception in 1949, St. Joseph's has worked to achieve and to maintain a reputation of a high ranking Catholic elementary school in terms of academics, the arts and Christian outreach. Our students have an opportunity to experience a strong academic and disciplined environment and benefit from their Catholic education at St. Joseph's School.
To begin the application process, please return a completed application, a $100 non-refundable application fee per family, and the following documents:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
- Copy of Custody Decree (if applicable)
- Copy of Immunization Record
Children Who Are Transferring
If your child will be transferring from another elementary or middle school, the following additional documents are required:
- Completed and signed Records Release Form
- Copy of report card (current and previous 2 years)
- Standardized test scores (current and previous 2 years)
- Educational testing documents (evaluations, 504's, IEP's, etc.)
Please note: Only applications received with complete documentation and an application fee will be considered for acceptance. A student's admission is considered complete only after the tuition agreement is signed and returned.
